Through the Looking Glass Tour
ALEX MUNDY + FRIDAY'S CHILD
A fully integrated, story-driven co-bill rooted in Americana, folk, and modern roots music.

Rather than separate sets, the night unfolds as one continuous musical journey – songs woven together, artists stepping in and out of each other’s worlds, building something immersive and deeply human.

Inspired by the spirit of 1960s “Happenings,” we’re inviting you to slow down, put your phone away, and fully inhabit the room. Warm harmonies. Western-tinged textures. Vintage glow. Present moment awareness.

About the Artists:
A powerhouse writer with a story to tell, Alex Mundy is a roots-pop songwriter with a “raw and powerful” voice and a gift for turning lived experience into lyrical magic. Following a sold-out performance at the Isabel Bader Centre Recital Hall in Kingston, Ontario, this internationally recognized songwriter is taking her piano and her stories on the road as part of Through the Looking Glass.

Friday’s Child — the musical partnership of Krista Van Slingerland and Evan Massey — creates intimate, harmony-rich Americana shaped by love, change, and resilience. Their debut record Broken Home (Vol. 1) traces shared history with unflinching honesty, and their live performances bring those stories into the room with warmth and depth.
This isn’t just a concert.

It’s an evening of shared storytelling — a space to slow down, listen deeply, and remember you’re not alone.
